"Alle kommen mit" - the advisory board
The advisory board for the "Alle kommen mit" project consists of several people and decides on funding applications for the project quickly and without red tape by written circulation procedure.
The advisory board is chaired by the Chairman of a&o educare e. V. (Ralf Olk), who is not himself a member of the advisory board.
The advisory board is made up of experts appointed by the General Meeting of a&o educare e. V. Once a complete funding application has been received, the advisory board decides on the award of grants on the basis of a statement from the Board.

Dr. Florian Schöfer
is a self-employed lawyer with a practice in Berlin.
From his former role as head of the legal department of the a&o Group, he brings many years of experience of the economic and legal framework of youth and group travel in Europe to the advisory board.
Anne Riediger
is Managing Director of Reisenetz – Fachverband für Kinder- und Jugendreisen e.V. (the German professional association for children’s and youth travel) and brings in-depth expertise from across the entire children’s and youth travel service chain.
In addition to organising association projects, a key focus of her work is representing the association politically – including as an expert on the Tourism Committee of the German Bundestag.
As a mother, she knows the financial challenges faced by families and schools from her own experience – and is therefore particularly committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not decide who gets to take part. As a member of the advisory board, she supports the “Alle kommen mit” project with her expertise in quality, safety and participation in children’s and youth travel.
Rev. Thomas Weber
is the priest of a Catholic parish in Rhineland-Palatinate and, through his pastoral work, is very familiar with the challenges facing families.
Thanks to his many years of experience, Thomas Weber is able to assess reliably the situation of families, single parents and their children.
